Was looking forward to Wasabi farm but disappointed that there was no local farmer to explain things like we see on NHK shows. Lot of \"hurry up & wait\" at bus and train stations especially when we had reserved seats.

All provided meals excellent.

Guides

Tammy was very good and helpful. I liked that each guide/meeter sent along our questions to the next one. Good communication. Hiro tried hard but English could use some more improvement and add local interest stories instead of reading from a script.
